Terms of Service

Onsite Service
There is a 1-hour minimum charge for all on-site services.  Billing after the first hour is in 15-minute increments. 

Payment for Services
Payment is due at the time of service.  Mobile MacWiz accepts checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  Billing Agreements are available to businesses that provide a credit card to guarantee payment.  Payments not received by the due date will automatically be billed to the credit card on file. 

24 Hour Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep the appointment you have reserved, please call with more than 24 hours notice to avoid being charged. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for one hour of service.

Phone / Remote Support
There is a 15-minute minimum for phone/remote support.  After the first 15-minutes, billing is in 6-minute increments.  Payment by credit card is required at the time of phone/remote service.  

Late Fees and Collections
A $30 late fee applies to all unpaid balances after 30 days from the date of service and every 30 days thereafter. Accounts not in good standing may be closed and will be subject to additional unspecified fees without notice.  If legal remedies are required to collect an unpaid balance, a $250 charge will apply.  Returned check fee is $30 + bank charges.

Mobile MacWiz strives to satisfy all our customers.  We are Apple-certified to properly design, install and support Mac OS X and Mac OS X Server systems.  We however cannot guarantee that we can solve all computer problems.  Any service provided by Mobile MacWiz or it's agents is without expressed and/or implied warranties. If not otherwise specified in writing, the due compensation for our work is independent of the success as perceived or realized by the customer. The services rendered by Mobile MacWiz and it's agents are best-effort only. Mobile MacWiz and it's agents will not be held liable for accidental damage, loss of data, or consequential losses.  Customers are responsible for backing up their data.  

Acceptance of Terms
By using any of the services provided by Mobile MacWiz, including the information found on this site, you agree to our terms of service.  By making an appointment for service, you agree to have read and understood the terms of service and associated cost.

Mobile MacWiz reserves the right to revise and append these terms without notice.
